Welcome to the NEW Heavy Date site
If you remember the old site, it was about my plan to build a B-17 from Bob Holman plans. Well that idea has been dumped as the plans were not the best in the world and I just plain got tired of fighting it.
Now we are going to do this right! A new Don Smith B-17 cut by Mace at The Aeroplane Works! |
The news!
Heavy Date will be displayed at the 401stBG reunion Aug 2004 in Braintree MA!!
New update for Jul. Just a few new photos, but what photos they are! |
The NEW site
This site will not be a revamp of the old one. It will be more history oriented than the old page, but will still have plenty of modeling involved as well. The old site got sidetracked and strated to look pretty bad so I decided a new one was in order. It will look pretty bad for awhile as I get things going again, but please hang in there as this one will be much better than the last. |
